Back to Nature Many rooms of the house offer views of the 996-acre Little Creek Reservoir. Wildlife are abundant in this rural area, with deer often passing through the yard. Numerous bird species, Canada Geese, beaver, and squirrels are also frequent visitors.

Great Backyard Located on a heavily wooded lot on the shore of Little Creek Reservoir in Toano, Virginia, the house offers unmatchable peace and quiet for your vacation getaway.

Quiet Neighborhood Our house is the last of about 10 houses on Lake View Drive before the road dead-ends at a turn-around. There is one neighbor to the north of our house. Other than their house, we are surrounded by woods, Little Creek Reservoir, and farm land. The county park and boat ramp is about a quarter mile before our driveway.
